Tri-State Installation has long been a supplier of installation, moving and technical services for hotel back offices, support spaces and staff common areas. The bulk of our experience is with upscale and luxury properties in the New York City Area and Jersey City, NJ. Assignments have ranged from installing close to 600 new guest rooms to removing and then re-installing furniture and fixtures for 300-plus guest rooms undergoing renovation to installation of lounge and VIP areas, time share suites, and guest room mock-ups. We’ve also been called on to provide receiving, delivery, storage, touch-up, repair and various facility services.
