Tri-State Installation employs approximately 20 people, of which 10 are field or warehouse individuals. Our Project Managers have twenty years cumulative experience in the industry. All field personnel are uniformed, which readily identifies them to our customer. Tri-State Installation continues to attract and retain exceptional employees by including them in all phases of planning and goal setting, and by tapping into their individual creativity. Project Management The Safe solution through project management
Our experienced Project Managers will visit your site to evaluate your workplace needs. They will meet with the appropriate personnel and review existing information, plans and drawings. We will then provide a written quotation which covers the scope of the proposed project. After the project is underway, the Manager will visit the site to insure all time lines are being met. At the completion of the project, they will be on site to review the punch list to your satisfaction.

To accommodate downsizing or additional employees, Tri-State Installation offers the expertise of its Project Managers with extensive industry experience to visit your site. They will provide plans to help create the most efficient and cost effect use of your existing furniture. Tri-State Installation can also recommend one of our partners for your new or used furniture needs. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your furniture and full system rearrangements. With almost 20 years in the furniture service business, Tri-State Installation knows the ins and outs of office furniture. As furniture consultants, we are able to represent our clients´ needs and assist in recommending furniture that will best fit for your work space. Through a discovery process, we determine your furniture needs and evaluate your office space. We match your needs to our network of new and used furniture dealers. After the order is placed, we will manage, install, and warranty our work. We have the knowledge and experience to recommend furniture that will last through years of use and rearrangement. We will be impartial as to the product you use, as we do not sell any line of furniture, used or otherwise.
How We Communicate!
Communication is one of the cornerstones of success in any relationship. Here at Tri-State Installation, we constantly strive to improve our communications channels with our staff, field crew and customers. Our Field Personnel and Project Managers are equipped with cell phones that have photo and email capabilities. As our client, you will receive up to date photos of your project, as our supervisors will email them directly from the jobsite.
Receiving and Storage Our Receiving Process Supports your Project
Our warehouse staff is able to receive product orders from 7:30 AM to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. When the manufacturer’s or common carrier’s truck arrives, our staff unloads and reconciles against the bill of materials, inspects for visible damage, takes photos, and notates the driver’s copies. The receiving record is created and sent to you, usually within four hours. The product is placed into storage or delivery bays.
We Reconcile For You
Next, we check the shipment against your original purchase order or delivery ticket and note any differences. This information is again sent to you, saving your staff valuable time.
Tri-State Installation offers 31,000 square feet of modern racked furniture storage to care for your facility assets. The storage and receiving areas are separate in our fully sprinkler installed building. The facility is staffed by detail-oriented personnel trained in proper operating procedures. Hard Floor Care
Tri-State Installation is IIRC certified in hard floor maintenance and provides hard floor maintenance and repair of all wood, stone, tile and VCT flooring. Available services include but are not limited to cleaning, buffing, waxing tile floors and refurnishing and repairing of hardwood floors. TSI uses green products for hard floor care.
